Environmental Action at the Dining Table

The delicacies on the table go through the process of obtaining the ingredients, planting, breeding, and transporting to the preservation of ingredients. We continue to have interaction and impact with the environment. Through this micro exhibition and through environmental classes, we hope to show you how our food impacts the environment, and how we can start by making changes in our diet so that we can take action towards eco-friendly environments.
